One way to avoid this issue, and is a good practice to employ when traveling, is to use a VPN connection that uses a server based in the US. We recommend NordVPN. An alternate workaround is to contact our support desk, when you reach your destination, and provide them the iP address you are using. (You can find your IP address by opening a browser session and typing what's my ip address in the search box) We can then temporarily whitelist the address so you can connect. Please note that there may be a delay in granting access depending on the time of day you connect our support staff. While we recognize this can be an inconvenience, we believe the extra level of security is worth it.
