Description: TaskMan Security Notification messages duplicating
1. Log in to Chart
2. Click File > Options > Administration
3. Designate your user account to receive Administrative Notification
4. Log in to Taskman through out the day as users access Charts
Result - Eventually some messages titled "Security notification for Patient: xxxx" will show up 2x, and will have the patient DOB listed as 1/1/1900. Chart audit shows no security break was done.
Expected - Only messages titled "Security override for [last, first]" should show up 1x when a chart security is broken.
