Description:
unable to see all of the back of the scanned insurance card in the patient demographics. Found that when the window is first opened the view is normal however if the screen size is changed the window only shows a partial view of the card.
Solution:
None at this time
Workaround:
check and ensure the insurance information is there, is to check the chart cover. On the chart cover the back of the insurance card is readable and the proper size.
