From previous opened tickets, we've discovered that printers that have names longer than 12 characters have caused issues with printing within CGM eMDs Solution Series.
Within the the Happe Desktop, you can access your printer list by using the following steps:
1) Open your Start Menu
2) Type in the search bar Printers
3) Click on the Printers & Scanners systemsettings menu option that appears
Your printers will be displayed similar to the image below.
You can disregard the (from DeviceName) in session XX as this is how Happe maps your local printers
If you find that your printer name is longer than 12 characters, we highly recommend renaming it on your local computer to prevent future problems.
