Portal - Provider Name Missing from Patient Portal Welcome Splash - Issue #19012

Description:

Provider does not appear in Patient Portal Welcome Splash even though they are active in e-MD's.

 

Solution:

N/A

 

Workaround:

You must select one of the drop-down selections within the Providers Maintenance: Licensure Tab >> Certification >> Select one of the option within the drop-down only.
