OrderTracking- If an order is removed from a visit note the removed order still shows in order tracking as outstanding

Description:

if a provider enters a lab order in a visit note and then deletes the order it still appears in order tracking as outstanding even though it wasn't sent. This causes the orders to show incorrectly and they cannot be removed from tracking.
