Order Tracking - Order Tracking results column is not being updated when results are received

Description:  Order Tracking results column is not being updated when results are received


Step 1: Log into Chart module as an active provider or as a clinical staff person.
Step 2: Open a patients Chart (age and gender do not matter) and create a Visit Note.
Step 3: In the Visit Note select any diagnosis in the HPI section and then scroll down to the PLAN section.
Step 4: In the PLAN section either launch the Current and Future Orders template or manually search out for orders by clicking on the Orders text. Example of test ordered by the clinic in question: 83036, 86677. Please confirm that ‘Lab Tracking’ is turned on for at least 14 days for each of the CPT codes being populated on the Visit Note.
Step 5: Conclude your Visit Note.

Expected Results: Once the patient has performed the labs the results should come back via HL7 file through the Interface Engine. The patient’s pending Lab Orders in Order Tracking should appear and an icon should appear in the ‘Status’ column reflecting that All labs have been received. 


Actual Results: The clinic in question is not seeing the ‘Status’ column show an icon in Order Tracking reflect when results come back every time.
