New Citrix Commands to tackle when eMDs becomes frozen

New Citrix Commands to use when eMDs becomes frozen or stuck

When accessing eMDs, it is not uncommon for the application you are working on to suddenly stop working.
Whether it be an issue with scanning or an error you are not familiar with, we've given the power of force closing to you.

When logging into Happe-MDs, you'll notice near the bottom of the login box, you'll have access to two new buttons.

The Frozen Session button's intended purpose is to help close out any eMDs application active on your Happe Desktop session.
Simply click on the button, return to your Happe Desktop session, and watch eMDs close out after a few seconds.
You will be able to relaunch eMDs and sign back in to return to what you were working on.

The Log Off Citrix button is to close out of the Happe Desktop session all together.
For larger issues that the Frozen Session button does not fix, such as slowness/latency, we highly recommend using this feature instead.

If issues seem to persist even after you have pressed both buttons, we would like to ask you to call us at our support line at 800-393-9886 Ext 8!
