How to close modules if they become unresponsive

How to Manually Force Close Applications within the Happe Desktop

When using the CGM eMDs software, there may come times when the application will lock up and become unresponsive, causing a break in workflow.

If your toolbar is visible, you can Right Click on any of the open space available to show a system menu.

If your toolbar is not visible, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + F2 or Ctrl + F3 to force it to appear.

From here, you should be able to select Task Manager.

You should now be able to see a new window appear, allowing you to highlight eMDs Solution Series (32 bit).

You will be able to then click on the End Task button to force close the application.
