Getting Started With Duo Mobile

1) Pre-Install Duo Mobile via the App Store or the Google Play Store. You do not need to open it immediately.

2) Once your mobile number has been provided to us, you will be sent an activation link using the Duo Mobile App.

3) You’ll be prompted to name your account. Hit ‘Next’ to label the account to your desired name. Afterwards, hit ‘Save’.

4) You will receive a confirmation saying that your account is linked. Whether you’d like to go through the tutorial or share data is completely up to you and will not affect your ability to log in.

5) You should now be able to see the account we had set up at the main screen. Press ‘Show’ to see the generated password to login.

6) Advise your office manager that your Duo account has been linked. Tangible Solutions will coordinate with the office to make the official transition to utilize Duo Authentication.
