Chart - ICD-10 Codes Linked to Visit Notes Display Multiple Times in Chart - Issue #12010
Description:
ICD-10 codes are viewing under ICD9 cross-walk as multiple codes. They are not auto populating multiple only viewing as this in ICD9 specific tab.
Solution:
e-MDs will release an update to the software in the future.
