Error when trying to drop an ICD-10 code into a note - 'The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE' error (FK Medication)
Solution:
None at this time
Workaround:
The work around is to find the ICD10 code this is happening with- Go to Chart Module- Tools- Manage ICD10 auto code- Re link the ICD9 to the ICD10 code- Then go to visit note under assessment and change the ICD9 code select the same ICD9 code. This will refresh and the ICD10 code will be linked with no access violations.
