With the older portal version, there was an clickable option on the labs to make them available on patient portal or it automatically sent them to the patient's portal for that visit. I think this should be automatically applied again or at least be an option. The reason for patient portal is for patients to be able to see their records at any given time, so I think this is an easy fix to make work flow a little better so that staff don't have to go back to every single patient throughout the day and send multiple labs to patient portal. That is time consuming and I think it takes away from some of the convenience of having records available when needed to the patient.
